Hotel Silver Line

It's ok for one night stays. Rooms are dampy. Room service is somehow ok. Be prepared to give tips even for towels and water bottles. An advantage is the location, close proximity to Sealdah Station. You will get cabs all the time from the hotel to railway stations and even to the airport.

One of the worst hotels in entire Kolkata. Broken furniture, defective lift, damaged AC and appliances, pathetic customer service, worst staff behaviour, water facilities are poor too. Overpriced rooms. I wish i could give negative rating to this hotel.

The staff is very good and the location is very good from where you can easily get buses and taxis to go to every place. The food is very cheap and good, rice and roti get 5 stars

Rooms were okay.. Location was also ok.. Bt the management and service is very poor..they don't allow to take room keys with u when u are staying.. U have to give the keys to the office even when going to nearby place..and the worst what I found was.. In my absence also they shifted my belongings to other room without even noticing me..no privacy.. Worst experience at a hotel ever..

If you order food here, you will receive it 3 hours to 2 hours later than the scheduled time.🤬🤬I placed the order at 9:00 pm, he brought the food at 12:00 pm and gave me rice, then after 1 hour he brought vegetables
