It was a very bad experience, the bed was not so clean, it was full of bed bugs. The water they provide is risky to drink as they serve the same old bottles by refilling it from their filter. The room I booked was earlier booked by one Bangladeshi couple, it was very very dirty, they didn't even clean the room before checking in. I asked them for a bill but they refused to give me the bill. The behaviour of the staff is good before you take the room, but after you have paid the amount they start to change their behaviour. And a foul smell is there in the rooms.

I was there for 3 days, I took a double room for 1000 rupees per days. There was a TV in the room but did not recharge even after saying that. There was a grazer in the bathroom but it was broken. Moreover the use of the manager was good. The atmosphere in my room was not good so I am not satisfied.

The rooms are not clean as per what they charged me, smudges here and there plus it’s too small, washroom was dirty. Too noisy, since the hotel is near a main road.

Stuffs are really ill mannered n rude, n room quality is okay for the price, but really dirty, they should focus on hygiene alot n doesn't also have necessary facility like intercom, n for light sleepers i dont recommend the place because the street chaos and all. But if you are looking for budget saving then i guess is okay

Not a bad residence here in Marquis Street, Kolkata. Affordable budget hotel to stay. Quality restaurants are nearby, other daily facilities are available nearby. Air conditioned, clean enough to stay.

Good at an affordable cost in Kolkata. Bangladeshi people traveling to Kolkata mostly find this place as a family friendly hotel with WIFI connection. Staffs are good in behaving and helpful. Only thing for that I am not giving 5 star is the entrance of the hotel, lift and space inside the rooms.

Good wifi, very bad staff attitude. They literally will keep you passport for unnecessarily long time. Better to take your passport photocopy or Xerox beforehand. Not much satisfactory hygiene benefit.
