Extremely Disappointing Experience at Classic Hotel, Kolkata Review: Our stay at Classic Hotel on Park Street, Kolkata, was an unfortunate and deeply disappointing experience. Despite recommendations from a friend, the reality was starkly different. The hotel staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. We encountered misbehavior that marred our entire stay. This blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable and has left us with a negative impression. It is disheartening when a place recommended for its affordability and good behavior fails to live up to these expectations. Our rating for Classic Hotel is an unequivocal -5 out of 5. We hope that management takes immediate steps to rectify their service standards for the benefit of future guests. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (-4/5)

Hotel is very good, staff behavior is very good,, frew achi room size is less but have all necessary arrangements. Hygiene in ac room is good but in dormitory not well.. Recommending for ac rooms

I am amazed that since inception of this Hotel I am staying with you with once or twice change in Imphal Hotel or Classic Grande. The perfection your team maintained till date with same cleanliness is unparalleled in entire East of India upto any 4 star or even some 5 start hotel. The behavioural pattern of each staff is so impressive that I feel very peaceful even if all the cacophany of the main road is there. I really sleep very well when I belongs to very high touring job type. The food remained simple and fresh and this time I found it has become more homely too which is highly welcome move. I feel pity for the rowdy group of ladies visiting from other part of India as they are missing the serenity, honesty & simplicity of Manipur the Jewel Crown of North East. I will not take too long but like to mention one very smart and sharp lady Ms. Marina whom I have seen working consecutive 2 days with energy effusing smile from Opening to Closing of normal F & B service which is really amazing. Though all the staffs manning Breakfast was very prompt but out them only 2 are most potent and this lady seems to be hawk eyed and fulfilled the wishes of the guest with fastest & intelligent response which actually ensures no unnecessary loitering in the hall or sitting idle during such pandemic time and also ensures social distancing by guiding to correct distance table. Best wishes to her and see you soon. The Classic Group of Hotel actually changed the definition of Hospitality Industry in Eastern India if not in India at least to myself & my circle who ever visited. Keep it Up.

This hotel is good. The room are in budget and they give free WiFi to all there customers, this is located near heart of the city, near new market, there is no tension for taxi, water, room service.

Nice place to stay fair is reasonable stuffs are good there are several restaurants near this hotel and foods are available the whole night but the door closing time in this hotel is 11 pm so you need to hurry smoking is permitted
