Hotel Wellesley

Unsafe for Girls, my 3 female staffs were staying there and the hotel's staffs tried to enter the room at 3 am and when asked why are you here they tild that they are here for tip, who the hell goes at 3am for tip?, they will force to in a polite way for tip, if you don't give them then they start behaving rude. My staffs forgot a luggage bag at the reception, and when contacted they very bluntly denied and disconnected the call. Never never never seen people like these in hospitality business.

Very bad service by the staffs. They forced to take their own car on rent for exploring cities.

Very poor service, highly unhygienic, bed sheets & blankets smell awful, very high price, really a very bad experience in metro city

Their service is too poor compared to the other hotels in this area. They charge huge more than other hotels but their rooms and washrooms are not perfect on that charge. The washroom's water supplies are about to be damaged and the ward boy or room assistants are so vulgar. Most of the stuff is rude and vulgar. Rooms are quiet and white painted. This is good. Window type AC is not suitable nowadays.

I stayed at Hotel Wellesley last night and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel was very expensive compared to other hotels in the area, and the environment was not worth the price. The room was not clean, and the bed sheet was torn. The glass provided for drinking water was not cleaned, and we found liquor in it. The man at the reception was also rude and unhelpful.

Rooms are quite good and new but the charge of rooms are quite high compared to others.

They are completely cheating with the customers. They have charged a full day payment for only 10 minutes delay check out! Behaviour of the staff are rude and the service is completely zero. Not recommended to anyone even it is free.
