Very dirty..not worth more than 10 rs

It's a old hotel at totte lane near Marquice Strret. Its a very simple hotel but very neat and clean and simple. Also the hotel building is very old type building. May be its build at the time of British. The rent of this hotel is very normal. Also have A/c and non A/c room. There is no anti social activists of this hotel.

This hotel is situated in the New Market, Kolkata, India. This is one of the cheapest hotels in this area. This hotel is good for bachelors who don't have a rich budget. Then obviously it's not for good who have a rich budget you can check other good hotels. In my experience, I saw mostly bachelors are visiting this hotel. First up, cleanliness... None! This place is a bit rough and in need of a good clean! I stayed upstairs and even before I got to the room could tell it was going to a dump! Their is just stuff lying around that has been there for what looks like years and it's just garbage like old tv's and stuff! Secondly people just sleep in the corridors, this wouldn't have others me too much if one guy hadn't slept right outside my door each night and snored so loudly he may as well have been in bed with me! The rooms were grubby and there is definitely a bed bug issue!

First up, cleanliness... None! This place is a bit rough and in need of a good clean! I stayed upstairs and even before I got to the room could tell it was going to a dump! Their is just stuff lying around that has been there for what looks like years and it's just garbage like old tv's and stuff!||||Secondly people just sleep in the corridors, this wouldn't have others me too much if one guy hadn't slept right outside my door each night and snored so loudly he may as well have been in bed with me! ||||The rooms were grubby and there is definitely a bed bug issue! I was bitten lots of times! No hot water as per usual!||||We were charged 650rp per night whic was massively overpriced!||||Staff were pleasant enough but I wouldn't say friendly!||||Location is just off sudder street, so for us it wasn't bad at all!||||I would recommend people tried somewhere else!

To be honest, this guest house is suitable if you are on a tight budget..Costs around 1000-1200 rupees per day..the staffs there seemed pretty friendly to me,but the electricity utility is quite unorganized. I advise you to bring a multi-plug with you. And if you want to stay here don't expect to have a great view from the window.

Price rate of rooms are so much cheaper than other hotels in Kolkata. The manager is very polite. Stuff's are very friendly.

Hotel is Friendly, safe and rooms are clean. Behavior- not bad type. Parking lot available. Room rent - 800- 1000-1500 rs
