Booked top room but the condition of the rooms are not good. When request to the management for a better option or the picture showing in MMT was wrong then one of thier employee laughed at me saying that those pictures were 10 years old. Request to all that please dont go with the rooms pictures showing in MMT.

Good to stay for some hours not for a day its rooms are very old not been maintained and updated money was wasted staying here.

The room rate is too high, however the rooms are not good. For example, I booked suit room and they charged too much. I found that their suit room is like an economy room in a three star hotel. The suit room was a damp one and found mould at the corner. The washroom was terrible, water was leaking from the basin pipe. I asked them to fix it but they did not do it. They offer buffet breakfast with a handful of item within a very small damp room. If you have other options please go for it. I did not find any other options that’s why I stayed there.

Worst hotel I stayed ever. I had none other option to change but they are not professional specially GM (may be his name was Pritam). Directly refused what he promised me to give. Room, washroom nothing was up to the mark. Washroom was nightmare for us. Water was leaking from celling. Room rent high. Refrigerator was a showpiece. No charging socket was working. If you go after watching their YouTube ad then you are doomed. Will never recommend anyone to go that hotel

Baddest experience ever, lift cannot accomodate 4 persons. Highly Overpriced Room, Smallest bathroom ever. Don't have common sense.

The location of this place is good 👍. But for a room it is too expensive to live. And room service is not the best. It also charges more money than keptown it is best to stay there. And more thing it's breakfast is very bad.

The location is perfect considering it is in between new market and marquis street. But also in a quieter location than marquis street, which is a plus point. The staffs behaviour is amazing. They will help you no matter what time it is. Highly recommended if you're looking for a safe option. Having said that, the rooms could have been a bit better according to the price. Overall it was a good place.

One of the best hotel of its kind. Though some room has smaller washroom. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. At morning they serve complementary buffet breakfast which is very good in terms of taste.
