Hotel Shalimar Palace

Its too dirty and staff are very poor service and manner less. Its only money not for guest lastly i have to suggest plz dont to to hotel shalimar palace 25G/1,rafi Ahmed kidwai Road

Tho the rooms were pretty the interior design nd the decorations but the management was not satisfactory as the don't know how to communicate with the coustomers + if you call from your room either they will not recieve it or receive it tooo late....they neither provide soaps nor pastes in the bathroom yess the ac in the room didn't worked properly same with the TV the remote control was not working well overall my experience in this hotel was not very satisfactory as they took too much rent for just 2 days

Rooms are nice but toilet commode is not comfortable. It is square. Plastic seat cover of commode is not good. Broken. Lift is too small. But room soze os satisfactory

Worst behaviour I had ever met, stuffs at front desk specially Mr. Faruk is totally a nonsense, even don't know how to approach to a guest, dirty spot everywhere in room and bedsheets. Hotel without any star, not advice to stay, stuff are dishonest at all, even you are not allowed to higher authority to talk for any issues. Guests are treated like as refugees.

Newly constructed as hotel. Only 4 staff for 12 rooms. Cleaning effort satisfactory. Wifi good. Hot water good. Change bed sheet 3 days later on request . 3 poor quality pillow for 4 person. Soap only 1st day. Nothing else. No food service. Hike double price during busy days. Overall: Better than most of the hotel in the area.

The hotel is at an easily accessible location. The services of the hotel however, was not good. The staff were not the most cordial ones and the basic amenities such as tooth brush, toothpaste etc were not provided to us. They only gave us a bar of small soap to use. The hotel's main gate closes by 12am and the entire staff remains asleep for the rest of the night.

Very bad hotel ..if you visit kolkata ,never make a mind to stay in this hotel ...stuff is very bad ..they make extra charges for broken lock and find a way to grab all your money ...room condition was good but hand shower is broken ..no blanket cover ..dirty walls ...and checkout time is very bad and will land up with extra charge even if you make a one hour delay... don't stay .. it's a information and a request for the upcomings ..will make your memorable trip a bad one
