Hotel O Vhyom Sky Palace

I booked it through OYO and paid in advance but they denied me check in. I called the hotel 2 days prior arriving and even then they didn't inform me that they will not let me check in. OYO resolved the issue and sent me to a different hotel. But this hotel and the staff are fraud. They will not accept your booking and make you suffer and run around with your luggage.

They don't know where the bookings are coming from. They will check every app. Rooms are small. Don't go with the google pictures. They are fake.

Scam!!!!!!!we booked the stay through Oyo but after checking they changed the price and we were looted as there was no option after checking.... totally highly price...I am just shocked 😯.. behaviour very Ridley....very bad experience........

Worst place ever. Total fraud. I wanted to book a room here from Oyo but my payment was getting declined so i thought of booking it directly from there. In Oyo the rates were 699 for a double bed room deluxe. And when I got there I was charged 1400 for a single room. The misery doesn't end here. The room was awful. The bathroom was used, the bathroom door was broken. The landline wasn't working and the room was smelling like trash. I requested them to change the room immediately but they took 3 hours to change my room. Due to some emergency i had to take an early check out and I stayed only for 6 hours still there was no refund.

This is the worst accommodation I have witnessed, I booked a room for 2 guests through the OYO app, but after reaching the hotel, they manipulated the booking and they modified the booking to 1 guest. They did it just to scam more money from their guests, and the behaviour was very bad. I had a talk with the OYO service and they confirmed to me that the booking has been modified from the hotel itself. As I am a lawyer, so I am taking proper legal action against them , for their scam and for their frivolous behaviour! Totally disappointed! Please never visit their accommodation, it will be a horrifying experience for us!

I booked from fab n paid online when I arrived hotel the peon told that they are not linked to fab any more. When I called customer care in front of him he told me to go out of hotel n talk to fab. The worst ever hotel I faced

they charge you extra, according to the rooms and their services is worst. I booked this room for 800 and spoke to them over the call and finalized the deal . Then during the check in they asked 1600 which is double , and they gave us a room exra small no space at all . We asked for a blanket, they did not provide a blanket at all , worst worst service.The worst hotel you can find in entire Kolkata.
