Hotel Holiday Express

The room is very clean and nice. The staff is kind and friendly. Shower is working perfectly and there is hot water. They also have a restaurant that serves good food. After one month traveling in India, that's the best place I've been staying by far and it feels like a 5 stars to me. I highly recommend

The hotel was very nice. Staff behavior is very good. The prices of the hotel restaurant were good. The location of the hotel is good.. The room had a smart TV, 2 beds, wardrobe, 2 tables, telephone, lift facility. Overall the hotel is a 5 rated hotel in my opinion...I must recommanded others to stay here ..😊😊😊

Its a basic hotel within budget, if you have less budget then its okay. They wont serve you dental kit, toilet tissue so please bring them with you. Rooms are a bit Stinky, but you can ask them to spray air freshener. They have workable AC. I didn’t find telephone in room. So I had to call their managers cell phone for any service. Cleaning staffs are good. Behaviour of manager and other staffs are good. They should open the room for few hours after one guest checkout to remove the bad smell. Its not a crowdy place. Your can get muslim area and food nearby. If hotel management spend 100 taka more for each room to provide (dental kit, tissue, shampoo & soap for 2 if 2 person in a room, comb, atleat two towel, water with glass.) this can be a good option for budget travellers.

We stayed in Holiday Express for a month while volunteering with the Missionaires of Charity. It was an amazing stay where we could rest, having the best treat from Teresa and all the team. Food is really nice and everything is very clean. Location is very good. Thank you!!!!!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff ( special thanks to Amreen, she is very friendly, very helpful, very polite ) . Overall great hotel at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend.

I recommend staying at the Holiday Express hotel. Everything at the highest level. Delicious food, full service. The hotel has air conditioning and is well-kept. The highest rating goes to the staff, who are extremely friendly, helpful and help with any matter related to your stay in Kolkata. Huge hugs to Teresa and the rest of the staff.
