OYO Samrat Holiday Inn

The location of the hotel is superb. Sitting on the sacks at any point of the day watching the sea and enjoying the sound of the waves is just the exact peace one looks for. Rooms are good. Service is excellent. You can enjoy your dinner or lunch at the sack. Had a great experience staying there and would love to stay there again.

The hotel's location is breathtaking. The spectacular view of the sea from the rooms and balconies, as well as the cool breeze, will mesmerise you to the point where you won't notice the hotel's flaws. I believe the property needs and may be undergoing infrastructure improvements. The hotel staff is pleasant and courteous, and I had no complaints about their services. Food could definitely be improved to some extent. The crab curry, on the other hand, was really well done. There aren't many shops nearby, so keep your necessities with you beforehand from Chaulkhola or any nearby market.

To begin with my first impression is Wow ! To be more precise the exterior is soothing with cool breeze blowing 24*7 along with breathtaking view of the sea. You can spend your entite day just by sitting there. Coming to the hotel & room, it is fantastic. The staffs are really helpful with their behaviour & politeness no complain whatsoever. Moreover rooms are very spacious and absolutely neat & clean. Foods are also deliverable at your room with neat packing which is great. Well everything can't be perfect enough, below are few drawback we found.. ( details are not required since we believe can be fix with little efforts from Hotel Management 🙂) Cons: 1. Air conditions need servicing. 2. Food quantity are not adequate as per rate. 3. No free WiFi facilities. 4.Rooms are prone to ants with little negligence. Nevertheless we recommend a must stay just because you can't get a better palce with absolute silence in a fair rate other than this for a short family trip.

I booked Samrat holiday Inn for it's pet friendly policy and good rating. Had to cut short my trip by a day eventually. Rooms encroaching sea, small and cringy,1 service boy, bad food.staff was caring. I got a shock of my life on seeing the location of the hotel. It's far off, seems illegal and shady, unsuitable for family trips. One small rickety kitchen serves limited food options. Entire hotel has one service boy and a manager who doubles up as service boy. They don't stock beer or alchohol and one has to fetch for himself.||Price wise, it's not even worth Rs 1000 vs. their tariff of 3500. The service boy, Sachin, was hardly 12-13 yrs of age and was willing to make you happy with whatever limited resources. Manager was perennially apologetic😃.||Overall 'Avoidable'. Many better options available

The scenic view is awesome but just one disadvantage is it is very far from the main road and bus stand, so it takes about 30 min. To reach the hotel and to also travel somewhere else is very difficult. But overall if u are a peaceful and silent place to be in u can choose one.

Not at all recommended. Very small rooms. Very less facilities available. Toilet is unclean. No hook for hanging garments in washroom. No mirror for shaving. AC was switched off time to time. Food is pathetic, and very very expensive. Staff behavior so so. Approach road is dangerous, may cause harm to the underbelly of your car.

The location was excellent as it is just off Mandarmani beach road and near to the market. There is a parking garage across the street. We have stayed in hotels in the area before.Any of the employees we came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful. We were on the 1st floor and right next to the elevator but didn't experience any noise problems. Had the breakfast buffet downstairs which was good. Check in was fast, room was clean and comfortable and we'd stay there again.

#There is huge difference between photos and how exactly the resort looks. #first impression of the entrance was like entering a broken land with zero maintenance. #there is a small abundant fountain at the centre with loads and loads of mosquitoes floating. #entered the room with atleast 10 dead mosquitoes on the bed welcoming us. #switch of the AC was broken and control was from office.they couldn't even provide remote for the AC. #the beach beds in picture were not even there .the fence was broken. We left the resort and found another hotel after seeing all this ... very very poor experience after paying this much booking price. We were clearly scammed. This property is not worth anything more than 1k
