My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor – the staff refused to change blankets and behaved rudely when asked. They also try to charge extra money unofficially – for example, if you book a non-AC room, they ask for extra cash to give you an AC room, and if you refuse or bargain, they become rude. The washrooms are very small and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room maintenance is terrible and nowhere close to what is shown online. Would not recommend staying here.
