My review below , Pros, 1.Budget friendly 2.Near to road and Aminghada city and police station 3.Good food options near by (Khanavali mess, Udupi hotels ) 4.CCTV are available 5.Car parking available with CCTV coverage 6.New building (1yr old) Cons, 1.Bathrooms were not maintained well 2.Overall cleaning is average 3.Hotel in the ground floor was worst in taste ,never go there instead go to city which is within 100ms you will get many food options. 4.Caretaker won’t be in premise during night time PS:Family and couple can go for it if you are looking for budget stay
