Rooms aren't hygiene enough. Hair can be seen all over the bedsheets, pillows and curtains. None of the room have ceiling fan, TV doesn't work in most of the rooms. Definitely would not recommend or suggest to anyone. Only thing is this lodge is located in the main road of whitefield opposite to Phoenix mall.

Bed bugs. I stayed for 2 days . The room provided 1st did not have a ceiling fan and the bed sheet and pillows were very very dirty. The room also seemed very much dirty and the main issue the bed was having bed bugs due which i coudnt sleep at all. The staff was helpfull though and gave me another room the next day only to find bed bugs there as well. Special note that both the rooms had severe door lock issues. For the price of 715 pn, this was a disaster. Never going to go here again. But do note that the lodge is actually attached with an MRP outlet, so great for drunkards for a night in case neeeded.

Today,I had a really bad experience with the guy at the reception. We are a group of six members who came to Bangalore to stay for two days. We went to MS Comfort to check if rooms were available. When we asked the guy at the reception if we could get two rooms for two days, he was rude from the start. He said that rooms were available but they wouldn’t be given out by 7 am, and told us to come back by 11 am. We explained that we had traveled all night and were willing to pay extra for early check-in. We also asked if there was any possibility of a discount. At this point, the reception guy went to an extreme level of rudeness, telling us not to waste his time and using some bad words as well. When we asked why he was shouting at us, we were simply asking about a discount if possible, he continued to be irrelevant and rude. I echo many reviews which were given already that one of the receptionist was rude and he did not allow a guest if someone comes to meet you in the room since the booking was done online. But he advised to book it offline but he charge double for what we could get online price.

Too much expensive . And the receptionist was expecting more money .too expensive and 1400 rs for half day .and reception person is too rude .and they don't except online booking. Better search other hotel there are so many other good hotels.mangement should take action about the receptionist .he was using some bad words . started to argue.

It was nice and neatly maintained room. I think they renewed rooms recently and everything looked new. Only one small issue I noticed was that they didn't changed bedsheets and pillow covers and I requested them to change and they did it without any issues.
