This hotel was a terrible experience, and it’s important to share it. From the moment of check-in, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. It seemed like they were more focused on making money than on providing a good experience for their guests. The manager was especially disappointing. Instead of listening to concerns, he acted annoyed and indifferent. It was clear that he didn’t care about the guests at all; it felt like we were just a source of income to him. The room was not clean, and the amenities were lacking. When issues were brought up, the staff simply brushed them off and offered no assistance. It was incredibly frustrating.

A Big Disappointment! 😞 I had a terrible experience at this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. 😡 The staff was rude and unhelpful, making our stay very uncomfortable. We were not allowed to go outside once we were in our room, which felt really restrictive. 🚷 Additionally, we found used protection in the blanket, which clearly showed that the room had not been cleaned properly. This was absolutely unacceptable! 🥴 We were also not informed that we had to get hot water from outside the room until after we paid. This felt very misleading and frustrating. 💧 Overall, avoid this place at all costs! Save your money and find a better hotel! 💔

Don't stay, Don't go, Don't think ok it Staying in Room 103 was an absolute disaster. There was no fan to cool the room and no hot water for a proper shower—it felt like the hotel didn’t care about basic needs. It’s hard to believe this place calls itself a hotel when even roadside shelters offer more comfort. If your goal is to make guests regret their stay, you’ve done an excellent job. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The worst room I've ever visited .....

The room was not well-maintained.Despite multiple requests for basic items, there was little response, and when service did arrive, it was tardy and incomplete. Additionally, the hot water supply was inconsistent at best; at times, the water was either too cold or completely unavailable, which was incredibly frustrating, especially during colder days. The lack of proper lighting and power was a major inconvenience. The fan is also not working. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The lack of proper maintenance, service, and basic amenities made for a very disappointing experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The fans in the room didn’t work, and it was really hot! 🔥 There was no maintenance at all, and the place was dirty. 🧼 Also, there was no hot water! 🚿 I couldn’t even take a proper shower. 😩 I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. 💔 Find somewhere else to stay!

you pay at the reception, and get your room keys. and that's the end of your visit in their terms. they don't care if you are having the blankets or the fan is working or not. or else hot water is available to take bathe, no one will be available for you to get your fundamental needs, so you can't question. in simple it's worst than you are stayed at some dormitories.

Very very worst experience. Rooms and bathrooms are not all clean and bedsheets are very bad smell. Staff behave rudely with customers. I will give Zero rating if that option is available.
