Overall service, hospitality and ambience was very pleasing. Happy that I choose this place for my stay. Only issue was to park the vehicle but manageable. 5 days of stay was very well taken care. Breakfast complimentary and it was healthy and sufficient. Have to manage food from nearby hotel, UDIPI GARDEN would be a good and reasonable choice for food. Both the staff members, Yakshith and Prasad were good at their service.

Location is good, around 800 meters away from bus stop. Rooms are large, we were there in the corner room in 1st floor with a balcony. We went during monsoon so rooms were generally damp. Otherwise its a good service apartment with all new amenities. Will try to visit next time during winter.

It was a peaceful experience staying at Avyuktha, it has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and almost all facilities we need. Luckily we got the room with a balcony view. We got traditional breakfast as complimentary too, it was yummy. The homestay's owner is really friendly and hosted us well. It felt like home.

It was a awesome experience staying here. The room was a bit small and a cupboard was missing. Apart from this everything was very nice. The room service was commendable. Though the room was small, he gave us a private hall room and a kitchen which negated the issues of the small room!! Would definitely come here again!!

Best ever home stay in madkeri town, yet away from the hustle of people. Both the owner as well as caretaker are really helpful. Do take their jeep ride for mandalpatti which is far cheaper than you find anywhere in the madkeri. Superb amenities and hospitality

This is a peaceful homestay. You will feel like home and the staff is also very helpful. It is located in the residential area. There is a swing on the terrace which gives good view in the morning

It's nice place to stay and property premises are so nice and rooms were clean and hygienic.

Nice place to stay for family. Rooms and washroom were clean. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Limited parking facility.
