Hotel Palm Grove

The rooms are affordable but the room is just ok. No proper cleaning, very bad smell, bed is not comfortable. The bathroom ventilation is inside the room itself. No hot water. They won't give any water bottle

We had a bitter experience. They are not providing hot water when we are in need. They insist us to take bath in their foolish timings . Harsh response

The place was pathetic. Full of mosquitoes. No anti mosquito measures provided even on demand. Linen and blankets were dirty and foul smelling. Exhaust of bathroom opened inside the room and stink was present throughout. Food was served in vehicle entrance with no hand washing facility. No hot water provided after in the afternoon or at night. Highly NOT recommended

Yesterday we visited there rooms are ok ok for the price....lift facility is not there... Room and bathroom are clean..... morning hot water didn't came so they gave coil....since we stayed in ground floor till midnight some people are talking loudly it disturbed our sleep a lot..... morning also they started chit chatting...I don't know who wer they......attender dharshan was very polite he responds very quickly for our needs.....
