This is a very genuine review. Hotel staff was very unsupportive, we booked AC room but ac was not working. We booked for 3 guests and they accepted the booking but didn't provided any extra mattress for sleeping. Washrooms are not clean, and very unhygienic cushions and pillows were provided. It was a very pathetic experience that impacted my whole journey.

Avarage room , drinking water payable. Price too high. Heater not working. Room lock is very low security. A lock costing Rs. 30 is used here for the room. What kind of security is there for our personal belongings? . My intention was fulfilled. Other than that the room is cool and the service is good; Can't say anything like that . "Hotel time should be as we want." The time should start whenever we enter the room and the amount should be deducted according to how long we use the room. If the room is enough for 12hr, then at least 30% should be reduced. We are coming from a long journey, we will be tired, we need rest as soon as possible, they have no such thought. No matter what time guests arrive, they need your help. Besides, thinking that this is my country and my hotel is a very bad thing. This is not just for you, but for all hoteliers.

The room and washroom were very dirty. They did not provide basic hotel amenities like the TV was not working, the service phone was not working. They denied to provide bath towel as well. Only good thing about hotel is it is in a good location. Room quality and service is not at all worth of money.

Very worst experience. I have booked through OYO for my father who visited Mysore for a 2 day trip. The manager at the hotel is completely unresponsive, rude and idiotic. Firstly, he doesn't listen to what we ask and simply cuts the call always. Secondly, he asks for extra payment apart from what was paid online and lastly, he simply says to book another place if the asked amount is not paid by us (this is at midnights too). Please do not book this place at all. Very very bad experience ever !!!!

The worst experience I have ever seen in hotel rooms. One star is for location, it is center of the city and everything is nearby. Issues I faced here : 1. The prices you book on agoda, oyo or anything are not same when you come here. They will charge you extra. 2. No wifi fir 1st and 2nd floors. If you want WFH go to ground floor. 3. No water heater, so hot water only comes from 6 to 8am, That's it. 4. Bedspreads are worn out. 5. No lift. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days ended up regretting the whole time. Bathroom are OK but one of my room has no shower. Rooms are spacious and Ac worked fine.

It was pathetic. We booked via oyo. The rooms doesnt look like what is shown in pics. A foul odour in the room is present, bathroom is not clean, flush was not working, wash basin didnt have pipe, Ac was working minimally. Plus dirty bed sheets and comforter. Only plus is the location.

This hotel is a huge scam in the name of oyo. The rooms are dirty, impolite stuff, no ac or TV as promised. Hot water only for 2 hrs & even no tap water 50% time. Food was equally terrible.

Like this review if you are upset about their service, this property has zero knowledge about customer satisfaction, they didn't have tv working, hot water comes only between 6am - 9am, they deny bookings from online hotel platforms like oyo, mmt etc. They will charge minimum of 1600 for ac rooms and it is not even up to the mark. The rooms are average and it's a lodge basically. Always ask them bill for any amount you pay there.
