Srinidhi bording and lodging

I booked a AC room with no AC working, No TV set, No towels, No Kettle, today now Lift not Working, Power goes and the generator is started after 5 to10 mins. Worst experience. I was assisted by Mr Nikhil. He is good ay his job but the hotel issues are stull there. And the lock is a joke. For TV and AC one reply Will be serving the same.

Waste of money. In online it is showing free wifi, complimentary breakfast, TV,Ac. Nothing is there, just a bed with bed lights and a fan. Not even proper lighting. Apart from this, the reception behaviour is truly bad. In online it was showing 1400/- per 24hrs. After completing my 1 day , I want to continue, so I thought to book offline, they charged 1500/-. I strongly suggest vacating at the end

Worst maintenance. Blood bugs drink your blood nicely. Cockroaches are freely running on the floor. Bathrooms are durty no basic facilities in this hotel room. Prices are high but no facilities. No comod plates, no hanger in bathroom, no soap and paste for visiters. So overall there is nothing in this hotel. Not advisable. Pls don't stay.

Hotel manager refused to do our checkin and told we don't received any payment yet .. Very irrelevant experience..

I do not know about their restaurant but their lodge which is new is pathetic no service not clean. Not advised
