I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone .staff and owner behaviours not good ,they behave with customer like we are localist what can u do for us like that , the good business persons should teach the staff how to behave with customer ,but in this hotel he joining with staff and behaving roundly and loudly , don’t go this hotel anyone ,mainly family y

Dear friends I am working in pharmaceutical industry , I am travelling through out karnataka for my work ,from past 15 years ,but worst hotel like this I have never seen anywhere else ,owner and reception person behave like we went there for free staying like that . Even he don't know what he is talking ,he behaved very bad, so I don't recommend this hotel for anyone . Please don't go anyone this hotel ,will teach the value of customer thank you even single star is also more for this 😡😡😡

The rooms are ok but no hot water available for bath. Water is also not clean (it was smelling). I would not recommend for family with kids to this place. Bachelor(male) can manage.

So worst ever had with this hotel. Staffs and owner are very rude and arrogant, he dont know how to talk with guests. Really i dont recommend this place for family

The location is great. Right along the bypass road and we were away from the city noise. We were three families and so booked three rooms. Check-in was smooth. Had to pay the charges at the check in time itself. The credit card swipe machine was non operative, but luckily I had googlepay and so managed payment. All our rooms were at the second floor. Cleanliness was just ok, but the bed linen and pillow were not hygienic (torn pillow case, very old, used linen). The wall paper was torn and looked ugly. The management it appears doesn't inspect the rooms. Spacious bathroom, but the wash basin tap was dry. The front desk person, the attendent both came, saw, went back. But the tap was not attended till we left the following noon. Pathetic. At check-in we were told geysers were there for hot water, but hot water never came in all our the bathrooms. On request, the front desk person came, expressed surprise, and then came back with immersion coil which he very crudely our inside a bucket of water to hear water. Very crude way, very unsafe. This was the case in all the rooms - which gives a feeling that geysers are not installed at all! Only plus is its good location. There is a party hall in first floor - good for events and small scale conferences. Parking space is fairly good.

I'm rating by Bangalore standards and that's a bit unfair. Considered the best in Puttur though. The air conditioning didn't work. We had paid for it. There was no health faucet. The person at the front desk was distracted and indifferent. More into his phone than us. Decent attached restaurant. Overall disappointing.

Not even worth to give one star, i have booked room for my marriage guest’s by paying advance amount and last moment owner cancelled my booking. Owner Santhosh kumar shetty is a fraud person when i asked to return advance amount he typed amount and sent in phone pay. Till now I haven’t received my advance. Owner has very bad attitude and As a women i didnt feel safe to talk with him. As a localite i faced many issue while booking this hotel, so i dont suggest to any for online bookings. So disappointed ☹️
