Amma Residency and Party hall

Stayed at Amma Residency for two days. The room was quite good and the place is budget-friendly, which is great. Parking space is a bit limited, but overall it's worth it for a comfortable and affordable stay.

"Hotel Review: Unfortunately, my recent stay was not up to the mark in terms of hygiene. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a kettle. While there were some redeeming qualities, overall, there's definitely room for improvement."

I have stayed for 2 days along with the family. Below are my observations: A decent stay for a family and easy accessible to main streets of Shivmogga. Pro's : Good maintenance and service Central location of the city Good car parking Street food & Hotels are near by Con's : I did not find any in those 2days of stay.

That spect guy friendly with the customers... The thin guy we don't know his name they offer extra money for unusual things...they have the rooms but we don't have any room if u give 1500/1600 then we will provide the rooms like their he is making money for his pocket even though owner & spect guy is better they treated customer well..

Not recommend for family ..Unprofessional and unethical staff and customer service. Bad smell from the room and bed.. bath rooms were not clean. Bed cover and sheet are not changed . Hotel staff Forced to cancel the room took from mytrip app and asked to pay the bill offline. Totally disappointed with the mytrp app and hotel service .WILL ASK FOR EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE WORST SERVICE THEY GIVEN..
