If there was an option to rate it 0 star I would. The AC was centralised and the owner kept switching it off every 20mins and there no cooling. Morning there was no water coming from the taps, and we were informed to wait for 5 mins. But after 20 mins we got dirty water from toilet and basin both. It costed 2.5k for the AC room. Next time if they ask me to stay free of cost also, I would still reject it.

Deluxe rooms are spacious and beds were clean. However, washrooms after checking in multiple rooms were not good, there is no maintenance, especially with water leakage. Felt very bad after seeing water being wasted because of continuous leakage, one of the washrooms didn't flush and make some weird sounds every now and then. They have enough parking space.

Hotel Stay Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. First, the night manager's behavior was extremely rude, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. A little courtesy goes a long way, but sadly, it was missing here. Second, I was stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes due to a faulty lock. To make matters worse, the maintenance manager was not available at night, leaving me in a very uncomfortable situation. Additionally, while booking, I specifically inquired about the rates with and without breakfast. However, on the day of departure, we left without breakfast because the serving time was 9 AM, which is too late for many guests, including us. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any discount or adjustment on the final bill. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. The lack of professionalism, poor management, and unsatisfactory customer service make it hard to recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the management takes steps to improve their services and address these issues.

It was really awesome stay! We stayed on 22/02/2025.. The unique paintings on wall was very fascinating.!! Rooms were neat and hygiene..!!! It was absolutely worth the price.. !

Stayed here on 01/12/ 2023.. An average hotel, that's all. Great location. Car parking also there, beside the building. Room boys are NOT prompt, not service oriented or even caring to our concerns. I was allotted room no: 666.. Toilet was not clean or hygienic. Human stool wastes were there. When complained, a room boy came, after 15 minutes. ( I had to wait 15 minutes to urinate.. lol.. ) He went.. Then I found that the FLUSH is not working. This time I went to the reception. The person came and ''' inspected ''' (( which was not done b4 the guest arrives )) and asked me to shift to room no 888.. Me and my wife were not physically well due to common cold.. and took all the luggage and shifted to 888. No room boy was there to help us. The room 888 was okay. Next day, breakfast was served @ room.. Not at all bad.. But the thing is, when U pay some 2600 Rs for a room, we expect MINIMUM SERVICE.

Rooms are available at the single floor only i.e. 3rd floor. Hotel has no self restaurant. In the same building two restaurants are on the other two floors. In breakfast, they are providing only South Indian thali but the taste is good. No tea, no juice is provided by them. Room is not cleaned and smell is coming. This is basically no star hotel but they claimed they are 4star 😆😆😆. Only stay you can avail but without any other.facilities

Rooms were not propper clean, There is no cloth hanger in bathroom. Getting smell alltime. Costing is like 5 star hotel. It's very expensive as compared to rooms quality.
