We was here with 2 room staff here very friendly and excellent they always respect for us. Our rooms are amazing very clean and good smell. The location is excellent around many restaurants and Maldivian restaurants too. Specially the receptionist both man are perfect they always support us even everyone. Very polite staff … I will be back again your hotel .

Comfortable and pleasant stay for the last one week. The rooms are very clean, the bed linen and other clothes are well managed. The Manager and other staff are very supportive and are ready to help day and night. Anyone who wants to visit Amritha Hospital in Kochi who needs to stay overnight can select this lodge without a second thought.

Clean, affordable stay near Amrita Hospital! Rooms are very clean and some are on the ground floor, which is great for elders. Staff is friendly and helpful, and Wi-Fi is available. Very convenient location near Amrita Hospital. Highly recommended!

Room we stayed was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were affordable and great for a short stay. Have wifi and cable tv as well. Better for a group of 2-3 people.

The Rose House Lodge is a good budget hotel. The place is Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. It’s walking distance to amritha hospital. Food places, shops and all facilities required is available nearby. With average size, clean rooms, this place is Worth the price & Highly recommended. 🙂

Very very very bad experience Terrible Experience- Forced to vacate at night without proper explanation. I had one of worst hotel experiences of my life here. Around midnight, we were abruptly asked to vacate our room saying the room was booked before by another party. The staff was unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. we were given no warning, no reason, and no support in finding alternative accommodation at such a late hour. I suggest not families to rethink before going here.
