Unfortunately, the staff seemed poorly trained and lacked basic hospitality knowledge. Simple questions were met with confusion, and there was a clear communication gap. It felt like they were not equipped to handle guest needs professionally. Good service is just as important as good rooms, and this definitely impacted the overall experience. I hope the management invests in proper staff training to improve guest satisfaction.

Not bad. Rooms are good. Staff is also good. Location is good but in tight space. Rent are EXPENSIVE & OVERPRICED for what they offer. AC in room are not working at low temperatures. Frequent light cuts. Their charge for what they provide is not reasonable. Costly but not luxury.

Extremely Disappointed – Not a Hotel, Just a Lodge in Disguise First of all, don’t get fooled by the name – this is NOT a hotel, it’s just a lodge trying to act like one. I booked a “Classic Room” thinking it would be decent for the price I paid (Rs. 2,100), but it was an absolute rip-off. The room was small, suffocating, and nowhere near worth the money. Secondly, the location. Yes, it’s in the city center – but for me, that was a nightmare. The area is extremely crowded and chaotic, making it horrible to drive around, especially if you’re not familiar with the place. Parking is another disaster. It’s highly congested, and to make things worse, our car got blocked by a water tanker for 20–25 minutes while we were in a rush to attend a function. And guess what? The parking area is far from the lodge, and there’s no direct lift access from it. It’s just not at all convenient. Also, no in-house restaurant. You have to order from some nearby third-party restaurant. That’s not what you expect when you book a place that calls itself a “hotel.” Thank god I stayed only for one day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And a final tip – don’t trust the property photos. They are completely misleading. What you see is definitely not what you get. Totally dissatisfied.

Worst experience ever! The hotel reception staff are extremely rude and unprofessional — they don’t know how to talk to guests at all. Totally arrogant behavior with zero respect for customers. Not suitable for Families — avoid this place at all costs.

I've stayed here two times. Both times in similar rooms. The Deluxe twin room is quite spacious and can accommodate 3 people easily. Single bed twin sharing is relatively small so ideal for two people only. The room service for tea coffee starts only after 8 Am. The location is very convenient. Staff is cooperative and polite.

“Best place to stay if you are in latur. Comfortable place to stay at affordable prices. Very good service. Hotel is superb clean and neat staff is also cooperative everything is well manner.Nice to stay here, Centraly located. all great eating points near by. Specially Brij restaurant beside this hotel.The hotel has lovely place to have tea coffee……👍👍
