I have never encountered such terrible service in my life. The reception staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked to see the rooms, the receptionist bluntly told me, “You go and watch yourself” as if it was a favor. When I requested a different room, he arrogantly said “No, this is the only one available” even though it was obvious that other rooms were not in use at all. To make matters worse, the room was filthy – the bedsheets were clearly not cleaned properly. When I asked him to change them, he completely ignored me at first. After repeating my request twice, he finally agreed but with an extreme attitude, as if I was disturbing him. As if that wasn’t bad enough, a staff member later came in and treated us with zero respect – no greetings, no apologies, just a cold, dismissive attitude. This place is a complete nightmare. I strongly advise everyone to stay away – the worst service and most disgusting hygiene I have ever experienced. Very very very very Bad service, zero hospitality and zero respect towards the customers.

Restaurant staff behavior is very very worst. Especially the short guy with beard. Since from the people guiding them in the parking, everone is showing attitude , first as a owner train them and teach them politeness .if u dont terminate them u will incure great losses.

👎Avoid this lodge at all costs! The staff is incredibly rude, but the owner takes the cake.🤬 They showed complete disrespect towards us and refused to acknowledge our concerns. The rooms are poorly maintained, with dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and filthy toilets. ❌️When we asked them to clean the room, they brushed us off, claiming it was already clean. The lack of cleanliness and respect for guests is appalling. Unless they make significant changes, I'd strongly advise against staying here.🙏

23-Marh-2025. Worst food , we ordered chapati and they gave us cold chapati and then said we don't have anything else. We ordered veg kolhapuri and it contains 75% ful Gobi. There is no one as owner, all are small kids as staff and they don't know how to run food business and what customers is asking.

Review for Hotel Vikrant Inn I would not recommend Hotel Vikrant Inn for families. It might be manageable for bachelors, but if you're traveling with family, it's better to spend a little more and opt for a better hotel. One positive aspect is that the hotel does not allow non-veg food or drinks, which can be appealing to some guests. However, the restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food offered. I would suggest ordering from outside platforms like Zomato for better value. On a positive note, the kitchen staff was polite and courteous, which added a small silver lining to the stay. Overall, this hotel is best suited for solo travelers or groups of bachelors, not for family stays.

Please don't visit.. Owner behaves like mannerless.. Services of hotel to cheap.. geyser & AC not working, no cleanliness is there. Jet spray not working. They didn't provides towels, clean bedsheet.. Don't waste your money.. For 1 single room they charge more money..
