Good service and very nice rooms and good staff

I was stuck in Poona with only INR 3K in my pocket, and nowhere to turn. So instead of having to crash on the sidewalk, I wandered down a small lane in Koregaon Park and spotted this space. For two days, I spent INR 2,400 but in peace, quiet, a single room with a bath, a location that was essential for me to walk everywhere I needed, and most surprisingly, a very client-oriented, friendly staff person named Kishan who made what might have been stressful, into more than just tolerable. I would go back to stay here, even on an extended basis, as they are willing to work together on mutually acceptable pricing for such periods as well. It has 11 rooms in total. It is not The Mondrian Hotel, Doha, but for all you artists out there, (even if the hotel staff were not aware of it), there were splashes and traces of unexpected Mondrian design in my room!

It was a very bad experience, The price of the room was too high. I would say it was not worth it, there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in room, bedsheets were dirty. There was no handle in the bathroom and the water from the bathroom was licking inside the room. The staff's behavior was very bad. Very bad service. I would suggest thinking 10 times before picking this hotel to stay.

insects everywhere, bathrooms leakage , even no bathroom doors, on call receptionist told 1200 when reached we told you have to pay 1500

Total washout of a place. Was given a basement room which had flooded floor with rainwater and zero connectivity. After protests gave a room in the ground floor with almost no facilities. Pls don't be fooled by their website. Not a place for travelers; maybe a good joint for people looking for a quickie.

The people managing the place are very cooperative and well mannered. The bathooms have no exhaust. Location near Koreagaon Park trumps all the cons.
