Stayed for a long time. Manager with little less hair is very kind and nice. The one wearing specs is very rude and dont have any manners how to talk to a customer. I came there for office work and used to pay every 2nd day. The specs wala manager knew and still use to call multiple times in the morning "aj payement aj payment" without being little considerate that the person might be in sleep.

Firstly they are charging high rates for this area and rooms are also not clean…..service is poor washrooms are not clean…. When we entered in the room we found used hanging clothes in the washrooms (including panty)…..they didn't clean room and washroom aslo they provide use blankets and pillows are not clean

The staff was so worst that he had visited our room 4-5 times sometimes for spoon and sometimes for plates as the tv was also not working and the ac was having leakage water dripping continuous and first when we visited the hotel the strictly told us that rooms are not available and the provided us a room on 3td floor in which tv was not working i paid 1300rs on the time of check in and still the service was so worst I am not going to visit it again worst service...they themselves providing such services that customers will not visit again such a disappointing service..dull service. Khud k hath se khud k customer bhaga rahe hai manager b mila hua hai in sab me koi action yaa toh clearity nai hai.

The room was small, cramped, and smelled of mildew. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were flat, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The bathroom was dirty, with mold growing in the shower and a toilet not good at all.

I have been a frequent customer at your hotel for the past 3 years, and honestly in 3 years everything has changed a lot, I remember when I came to your hotel very first time the quality of service you used to provide was amazing, but now the service you guys are providing to your customers is seriously pathetic, so disappointed I don't have words to describe.. 1. The receptionist never answers the calls on time when we need them the most after calling them 10 times they answer the call 2. I asked them to give me cutlery as I wanted to have my dinner but they said we don't have cutlery with us 3. Very imp - Rooms are so dirty and unhygienic, bedsheets, pillows even the telephone everything has dust all around 4. Then comes the toilet and it smells sucks, don't feel like using it.. 5. No proper wifi connection If you guys gonna provide this type of service to the customers I am afraid your hotel can get shut in few months.. Requesting the owner to please improve the hotel services and pls hire a good receptionist... I am expecting the same service when I visited your hotel 3 years ago...there were no complaints nothing...I paid 1100 (non AC) amount not to get such pathetic service so please work on the same... Thanks..

If there's negative rating, I could have given negative 5. I don't understand how could run a stay like this. The worst experience from Mumbai :( We spoke to hotel days before our arrival and the front desk was telling us - no need to pay advance-just come and rooms will be available. When we reached the hotel - they said standard room is not available. Only delux room is available at Rs.2600/- ( standard room was just Rs.1300/- ) Because we had already sent out our cab, we agreed to pay Rs.2600/- for delux room. And our room was on third floor - no lifts !! No maintenance done on the building atleast for 10 years. And there was no electrcity for 3 hrs !!!! When we spoke to front office, they said generator fuel is over and it will take a few more hours !!!! What more - no water in the pipes. How can you stay without taking a shower or using the toilets ?? The worst experience I could ever offer to my family was this hotel stay. Joy Palace - but there won't be any joy left if you choose the hotel even by mistake. It's better to stay in the streets than to check in to this so called lodge. Avoid!!! Avoid !!!!Avoid!!!!
