I’m writing to share feedback about our recent stay, which was extremely disappointing. Here’s a summary of our experience: Delayed Check-In: Our check-in time was 10:00 AM, but despite arriving at 11:15 AM, we were made to wait. The receptionist was very rude and lacked basic manners. When we mentioned the check-in delay, he curtly informed us the room was not ready, which is unacceptable given the pre-defined timing. Rude Behavior: When we voiced our concerns, he rudely suggested canceling the booking and leaving. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Room Issues: Upon checking in, we found multiple issues with the room: The door lock was broken. The bathroom was unclean. The TV remote was broken, and despite requesting a replacement, no response was given. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and it’s unfortunate that basic hospitality standards were not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to avoid similar situations in the future.

1. The daytime receptionist is rude and doesn’t treat guests well. 😡 2. Receptionist not have manners to talk. 3. His way of speaking is very bad. 4. Door lock is broken. 5. Ceiling is in under-construction. 6. Lot of mosquito in the room. 7. They provide Agarbatti for mosquito. Which cause smoke in the room. They doesn't have All-Out, etc.

Worst hotel in vasai guys if go there please be careful because k have done the transaction of 200 with gpay in resto bar they money has deducted from my account they are saying that they didn't got it from 15 days they given me excuses that they have send mail to bank the worst coustmer service I have seen in my life please be careful
