Sheraton Grande Hotel

We booked this hotel after reading the positive reviews this property was getting. To be honest, we were a little skeptical about how such a property in this price range can get such high ratings. After staying for two days, we can also now highly recommend this property .||The room , the bathroom , bed linen, towels - all were very clean . Good job in housekeeping all around.The room size is OK . All the staff members are polite and courteous and attentive to your needs. ||The property is located on a narrow by-lane about 50 Mts or so from the main road and close to Chennai Central station. You can get to the metro station taking the entry point opposite Buhari Hotel nearby . ||There is no restaurant attached to the property -however this is not an issue since you can get whatever food you desire through room service or arrange through food delivery apps. ||There is limited parking space and getting into the narrow street and getting out could be challenging. We just left our car and used Ola/Uber to move around since we did not want to drive in a bustling metro like Chennai.||In short , you would find it very hard to get a better accommodation in this price range in Chennai .

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Chennai. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and a pleasant overall ambience. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. A truly memorable stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Looking forward to visiting again.

Such a nice place at centre, really suprised to see behaviour of staffs in this kind of medium budget hotels.well trained well disciplined and also takes care of guest in what ever means. With check in or check out , very smooth process. Love to stay here when ever I come to Chennai. Small suggestion - water pressure is bit low .

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff are supportive and helpful. Everything is easily accessible from this location. Highly recommended, especially to the woman travelling alone.

One of the best hotel in Chennai with reasonable rates. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Closer to Nehru Stadium and emgore railway station.
