Cheap low quality dirty rooms 🤮🤢. Very Rude receptionist, no water, geyser, floor mat, no blankets, bed sheet, stinky rooms , dirty bedsheets and blanckets. Total waste, recptionist demanded extra money after we booked through oyo. Total nightmare.

Room with no door mat. Room with no hot water. Night full of motor sound coming while we are sleeping. Location wise also far from chennai central, so many better options available to nearby railway station ( MAS ) Room full of smell. Only thing I took room was because I paid online.

Recently travelled to Chennai, booked this hotel through OYO as it had good ratings. Found out the price is 1400 for an Ac room and the room wasn’t even cleaned properly, had some kind of stains all over the bedsheets and bugs(cockroaches) all over the rooms. They have changed my room when i said them about the issues , that room was a mess too. Total cleanliness of the hotel is bad and it’s not worth the price.

The manager was rude and rough. Service staffs are not so good. The hotel is far from the main road. You can get cheaper hotel better than this one on the main road. The hotel use OYO to attract the people but in practical, they collect more amount than it is mentioned in the OYO. I have eye witnessed that how badly the manager behaved with a OYO customer. The manager did not give me a receipt.

Room is dirty .bed sheet is stain. door lock not opening . Oyo room is red light room only sex work only iam disappointed near room two young couples sex sound in the room night iam not sleeping loudly the sex sound

Worse experience with elite residence,No Wi-Fi available at 2nd floor, cleaning level is in pathetic condition.Charged extra amount then booking amount,Rooms condition was very horrible so please don’t go with it search other option.r

No geyser in rooms, and when asked about hot water, they said machine problem...and also linen are full of spots, not clean looking. Also rooms full of foul smell.

We booked room on 2th floor, door was locked we went for dinner out and we came after sometime then suddenly we saw that oyo staff was opening our room with different keys I asked them why are you opening our room they said like lights are on so just turning it off, thank God we came at time or else we have no idea what we lost that day mobile + cash was there in my room, I was with my wife I feel very shame that such kind of rooms there in Chennai, I request you to all those who are reading my review don’t even think to book this oyo, worst oyo I have visited in my whole life very very disappointed 🙏🏽🙏🏽
