Very bad. They lie with the information they provide at internet, because when i booked it says there's AC (screenshot included) but when checked in there's no AC! There's also nothing to cover with in the bed! And very rude is that i got used water bottle! Wifi is very very slow. Water only cold with low pressure. During the night there was still some noisy sounds from from ring... Smoke from cigarettes was also going to my room from i don't know where! I even didn't got a towel which i had to ask for later... What's nice, that's there's a water dispenser. Also be careful because at this place are strictly not allowed unmarried couples! So it's next 1 star only reason.

Decent lodging for the price. The manager was very helpful and flexible. He allowed me to stay for another 2 hrs. after my required check-out time. It's in a narrow lane, so car parking is difficult.

Excellent service by Manager Sathish. Would recommend for family stay at affordable cost. Rooms are near and clear.

1. Walking distance from marina beach 2. Professional and hospitable behaviour of staffs 3. Receptionist uncle was very good 4. Clean rooms 5. Affordable and feasible prices 6. No need of bargaining and all. Non AC 600 for double bed AC 1200 for double bed. 7. Tiny washrooms but very clean. 8. Family stay is fine here 9. Marina beach, snake park, kapeeleshwarar temple, vivekananda museum all can be accessed from here in a day. I recommend this stay for all.

Very affordable, there's free wifi which is impressive for the price, the customer service is perfect, the room has a shower, toilet fan and a large bed, overall experience... AMAZING! I strongly recommend, 11/10

I stayed in perfect guest house for a day. Single room cost 500 rupees including tax. Rooms are so nice and we'll maintained. Floor, washroom, bedsheets are cleaned well. They provide bottled water. Staff and management interact well with the guest. It's a perfect place to stay. Manager is multilingual.
