Gulnaar inn Near Apollo Hospital

I had a brilliant stay here. I extended for 10+ nights. It was a perfect base for me in Chennai as I am working and travelling (from London) as a solo woman. I felt safe and I appreciated the proximity to different parts of the city, good food options, and still on a relatively quiet street. Great staff, comfy room that they offer to clean every day.

Yesterday I stayed in this hotel for my annual checkup at apollo hospital. Everything is good and value for money hotel. The manager Ayaz was very kind and very supportive. He helped me right from parking my car to till I vacate the room. very close to apollo hospital and near by there are many restaurants. The rooms were very clean.

Gulnaar inn is located near to Apollo Hospital and US consulate which will be very useful for people visiting hospitals and also for visa interviews. One deluxe bedroom cost is 2200. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and well maintained daily. Bathrooms were having geyser. They dont have kettle but gives you hot water when you ask for it. (Have flask in hand). They dont provide morning breakfast. But Nearby hotels were there so that will compensate it. Room service was top notch. Special thanks to manager who was kind enough to help us. Location of the hotel is little bit conjested area, You have to park the car outside the hotel. There is no separate car parking area.

Rooms have an uncomfortable bed, Staff are very unprofessional as they say they have rules of changing the room linen on every third day completed where as we have paid Rs. 1900/Day which not less for a human being. The location is good and accessible to the nearest Apollo hospital They don't have any in room service.

Visited the hotel for a short stay. Ayaz at the front desk was warm and nice to interact with. They were kind enough to provide me with hot drinking water late at night. The room and washroom were clean and well maintained. It is to be expected since it is close to Apollo hospital and guests will need hygienic accommodation. Room smelled fresh. Professionally run place.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Plenty of places to set things down and organize, unlike most places. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. We are well cared for and I would not hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone!! I will definitely be coming back for more stays!

The rooms are basic with ac, bathroom, bed a table and 1 cupboard and 1 mirror. 2 towels and 2 soaps are provided. Provided Water is good bisleri filter in corridor need to get your own water. Room has a jug and 2 glasses. Clean bedsheet. Clean room. Has geyser for hot water in bathroom. Location is good - 15mins walk from US Embassy.
