I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The family-friendly rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding, and the hotel's proximity to the central added to the convenience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. It is very difficult to get a good budget friendly room in Tambaram.. If anybody is looking for a good room in Tambaram with 24hr check out, This is the place for you.. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are clean.. They provide you with toiletries. Most important, Silence and peace to sleep. Only 7-10 minutes walking from tambaram railway station. A lot of restaurants nearby to explore.. Will come back for sure.

I stayed here for three weeks and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The room and service were good, and the hotel's location is excellent – just a five-minute walk from the Tambaram railway station providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being centrally located and accessible to all parts of the city. and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to Tambaram railway station, which made travel easy. I’d recommend calling the hotel directly for bookings, as it might be more convenient and better than using third-party portals.

Had an excellent stay with them, Service was excellent. Only issue was that there was a strong stench of drainage, which got even worse early morning in our room. Not sure if this is the case in all rooms or just ours. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom is supposed to draw the air out, which could reduce the stench, rather the fan is installed in the reverse - which caused the stench to be pushed into the room(304).

Budget friendly hotels in Tambaram railway station nearby also. And hotel quality it' was really amezing I'm really satisfied staying in hotel icon residency. room clean and neat and staff also very warm welcoming today I give the five star hotel icon residency thank you.

At an extremely convenient location. Walking distance from Tambaram Railway Station. Room was extremely clean and well equipped and staff behaviour was top notch. They arranged for the local tour and took care of everything. Will definitely stay again.
