M R Mansion

Owner is relative to my friend .Even he cheated our advance amount. Totally 35+ rooms but only 10 persons staying In this mansion ,Because of cheating behavior of the owner. Better to prefer other mansion.

I'm still staying here for more than one and half years. Illegal activities like drinking, smoking are not allowed inside the mansion so only the wrong persons hasn't been allowed to stay. Mansion providing uninterrupted water supply for 24 hours, room cleaning on daily basis. Due to maintain the neatness of mansion, they not allowing the food. Form my personal experience, MR mansion is worth one to stay long.

It should be less than 1 star. I can say, this is the worst mansion in the world. They never refund the security deposit (advance amount) while vacating the room. They are highly unethical & very rude in their behaviour. The rooms are not at all clean. They don't allow to wash the cloths & eat foods inside the mansion which is totally against the rights of any human. Such type of mansion should be banned by the local authority.

very bad mansion. cheaters. first they said 4100 is rent ( 4000 for rent + 100 for maintenance) but when i go to pay the rent owner say rent is 4250 and maintenance cost is 300. apart from this eb bill separte. fraud. room have no windows. just small ventilation in bathroom. we cannot bring food inside only snacks is allowed. if u are work till 9 or 10 pm and in hurry to room u can't take food. bcs it closes at 11pm and bcs of this stupid rule u cannot bring parcel also. they say only delux room have windows. don't ever come to this mansion. one thing looks strange is in other mansions they clean 15 day once but here they do two day once. it makes me feel insecure about my properties in room. at this price there are more good mansions around but never come to this mansion.

Stayed here with my friends for 3 months.. Owner gave us a room with increased rent telling it is with attached bath facility , where toilet was just outside the room.. after 2 days we realized it was used by 2 more people there ..Owner is such a cheater, not giving deposit completely.. Worst mansion in the world

Not a good place. Overcharged on everything. Advance money is also not given back and plus lost things from my single room. There are better mansions nearby, check them out.

Vvvvvv worst cheated mansion only think money minded owner Not properly proveding water , cleaning purpose, if u stay for one day means they asking maintenance charge also Vvvvv bad person Mainly advance money he didnt give for single rupeee also i lost 10,000 rupees am serious pls avoid thise mansion
