Venkateshwara Lodge

I had the very worst experience with this lodge, Rooms are super dirty and smell phenyl everywhere. The receptionist was the worst fellow and had given us a room which was literally a boiler which knew it but concealed it and rented it to us. Mid ight we were not able to sleep and realised the outside temperature was way lesser than the room has. Then after a long argument he agreed to give a new room. At least these guys should realize that they are charging for a room not given it for free. I strongly recommend avoiding these lodges, Maybe the owner may not realise these things are happening. But expecting minimum morality to give the right value for the money we are paying.

Rooms are neat n clean. Moderate room rent. Toilet should be more clean. Very close to both bus stands. Staff are very much concern n good in service too

Wast lodge. No maintainaness of room. No: 4th room dosen't have both room door, water is very yellowess. No proper response from receptionist (vethala petti). No tv in this room & lizards are roming around the walls. It is not fit for healthy stay. And mainly don't prefer it for family persons our 800/- went wast.

The food is great! Not much change in taste since the yesteryears. The banana leaf lunch is simply brilliant! Very authentic Tanjore taste. The rooms are reasonably priced and worth it but the rooms are slightly ancient and lack equipment and sophistication.

Fairly good. AC deluxe room are good. Non AC rooms are not good. Prime location
