NillGood things, rooms are air-conditioned and have running hot water and the hotel is closer to the North tower of the temple. Bad things, rooms are ultra compact. The guy at the counter behaved as if we were staying there for free. No parking, had to park 200m away from the hotel.

NillVery small rooms, stinking , AC water leaking.. they had published on famous room rental site studio can accommodate 4, but it was tough for 2 also as there is no space for movement. Very bad experience, think before checking in

NillBeware Foreigners. Hotel that are managed by thugs. Worst service ever. Staff agreed to allow late check in with 24 hours check out. But was denied upon arrival with rudeness. Then have no choice but to take since arrived at 4am. Was packing to check out but rudely intruded yelling asking to leave even though there was 2 hours to checkout. Left with so unpleasant experience. Saba the man who behaved like a gangster shouting at our room entrance despite knowing are already leaving the room. Now about the room. The room is extremely small with very limited space to move around compared to the wash room. I miserable plug point. Dirty silver cups. Customer service is zero. Oily pail and dirty sink. Don't trust the pics. Only one cleaner, Suresh was ok there making sense. Writing sincerely to help other guests whom can get cheated. Paid but no balance returned. Saba is definitely a nasty person ever. We were trying our best to be nice, but not only treated us badly also his staff who has fear of him. There are many other hotels near by. Go there but no this hotel as its not worth paying Rs 2000 for this place, not for the room, service, the staff.

NillTried to reserve a room in this hotel but very much disappointed. When I called 1st time for booking, they said lunch time and call after an hour. When called after an hour, neither picked up nor called back. When called after 3 hours, they said call me tomorrow morning. Just fed up with this attitude

NillThe worst service, rooms are normal, staff attitude is too worst, they are cheating people for price and check out time. So I won't recommend this hotel for stay any more.

NillOccupied room 103 on 30th july 24 on non season. Main door latch not working,door lock not gud from inside. Dirty dustbin, leaking health facet, hot water tap is on right side. Sink tap leaking. Book online for rs 2300 but for walk in rs 1908.

NillVery worst experience ever , I stayed in lot of hotels across tamil nadu , dint seen a worst place like this , behaving like a ganstarts , and treating customer as very rude ,their replays are very hard , we stayed for two days there , while checking out these guys behaving like fools , even we are with baby ,we asked for only 10 mins of grace time to get ready at morning 5am , not even given 1 minute extra ,in that morning time very badly we left the room , that was very worst ,please beware of this residency guyz , even the price was totally unrelevent for that room , very high pricing ,and also there is a lot of best residency and hotels near that temple

Upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel staff that AC was not working.This was extremely frustrating as it left me stranded without accommodation, and the staff was unhelpful in finding a solution.
