Don't go this hotel. Worst ever hotel in my life. Foods are parceled from local shop and charging like a 5 star hotel. No proper cleaning in rooms . Worst choise this room.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful service.... There is no resturant attached but they get you food and beverages if requested. It's very clean and well priced... I Had an awesome stay

Worst behavior of reception guy , he was negative for anything you ask for and try to oversmart. if this guy continue to be at this property , hotel reputation is at stake. It was very terrible experience with staff of hotel , they did not provide anything i ask for , they gave a small bed for 2 people booking and did not give me extra bed sheet , They literlly said can not give extra sheet , i slept on floor because bed had springs poping out of mattresses. tea cups were dirty , receptionist was rude and unprofessional,They did not provide invoice to me first they said they can not provide gst invoice and later they said they cannot provide even normal invoice and they said why do you make booking from make my trip if you book directly it's half the price

One of the low grade hotel which I have seen. Unprofessional receptionist. Rude behaviour. Treats gausts like beggers. Pls change your staff otherwise this hotel will lock at the earliest

Very very worst place to stay, no proper parking and lobby... the front office staff behaves in rude manner... plz dont book or prefer this hotel for stay... especially the hotel staffs harassing the customers under the guise of language....

Worst service ever had. Employees are cheater they took 100rs for one water bottle and he never return back the money and we asked money back that also he never return back the money. And they r keep on asking when will u vacate the room customer r paying money only they r staying if someone is keep on asking us mean what will u think. Company rules is very irritating when I read the rules I got irritated.

Nice hotel for stay. Very good hospitality. Mr. Prasanna is kind enough to locate tasty food joints nearby. VFM - 8/10
