Compact sized AC rooms with basement parking for cars..centrally located. Only drawback was hot water for bathing was not available on two days citing rain. But they provided the same in a bucket. Apart from that, no other limitations

Clean A/C rooms and budget friendly . Location is very good as it’s in the heart of the city and well connected. Decent parking is available with 24/7 hot water if required .

Average 2 start hotel. Reception and service should be improved. They provide only soap and complimentary 1 water bottle. Do not expect more. No towels, tissue in the bathroom,etc. Bathroom door's should be fixed. Over all an average experience.

Budget hotel at it's best. Rooms were clean, bathroom was well maintained. Hot water, comfortable bed and working AC, what else do you need. Best part of the hotel is you walk out to KS Rao road!! Janata delux is right opposite, City centre is 1 min walk, Ocean pearl and Sai Palace is 2 mins walk hampankatta is right there.l! Has sufficient parking in the basement and the guys at the reception are very helpful. Just don't come here expecting in room services, daily linen and towel change (you can request though).

Sri Nidhi's Prathvi Residency is a lodge located bang opposite to Hotel Janatha Deluxe and beside Hotel Manorama on KS Rao Road in Hampankatta,Mangaluru.Rooms are small in comparison but they are well furnished and maintained spic and span.Restrooms are also neat. Room tariff is moderate considering that this is in the heart of the city.Parking for four wheelers is available but limited space.One has easy access to all amenities.

The hotel took more time to get it ready even after giving suffice notice beforehand. Also, the room was clean externally by looks and feel, but as we entered the room it has cockroaches in the bathroom and they came out in dark crawling on the floor. I had to call up reception twice still the problem wasn't resolved. Pathetic experience.
