The hotel was excellent, especially the staff, who displayed exceptional behavior and provided outstanding service. The manager was particularly impressive and ensured everything was perfect. I highly recommend everyone to visit and stay here for an exceptional experience and top-notch service😊

This is not similar to typical hotels with impersonal feel. It is being run by a family who live there as well and the whole place has a very homely feel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Sufficient heating was available in rooms as well as warm water in bathrooms. They also had the option of dinner available on request. Food is homecooked and mainly cooked with local and fresh ingredients so tasted awesome. And did I mention, the scenery around is awesome!!!

Needs room maintenance. Otherwise all the staff behaviour is very good. They are really very good person.

Loved Gangtok. The Gangtok was a lovely place, full of greenery and waterfalls.a stay on mountain made me so happy and enjoyed alot. By spending two days I was wondered that very citizen of Gangtok flow the traffic rules very well. Very vehicle go in a line as like as a group of ants goes. Everyone can enjoy the Gangtok

Worst servive even water facilities in washroom will not be in a using condition...no cleanliness
