Araku Hill Resorts

I recently stayed at Araku Hill Resort and had a pleasant overall experience. The resort stands out for its cleanliness, good hygiene standards, and well-maintained surroundings. The staff behavior was courteous and helpful, which added to the comfort of our stay. The property is maintained nicely and feels peaceful and close to nature. However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas that need improvement. The AC in the room was quite noisy, which disturbed sleep at night. Also, due to the rainy season, insects and earthworms were entering the room. I recommend the resort management take some preventive measures like sealing gaps or improving pest control to make the stay more comfortable during monsoons. Overall, a good resort with a lot of potential, especially if minor issues are addressed.

1.The rooms are big enough but the main door, balcony doors and bathroom doors are difficult to close or open casually. It's struck. 2.Wide green space to relax. No lift for elders 3 The complementary breakfast was horrible. 4.The camp service was good. 5.Near the tribal park, coffee museum, bus stand. 6.Room service was good. Totally you can enjoy if with children or as a couple.

One of the worst hotel I had experienced in my life.. only 5 rooms are there, some how the look managed by the owner to seems like cottage but other side is nothing, very insecure place. Rooms are very dirty and very poorly maintain. you will not get even a cupboard no canteen facility, pathetic smells from room. Bathroom is worst the be careful while seating on the WC. In my case the WC it self fail down and forced me to pay almost double of the cost. If you argue they have backup people for fight, also threaten to call police and spoil your vacation. The hostel room rent should not be cost more than Rs 1000 but charged Rs 3000 Found used bed sheet having lot of hairs and foul smell What ever the high rating if you are finding those are false and given by their friends. The owner it self is a bad manner person. Used to misbehave guest. Please do not pay any amount with out looking it physically otherwise your money would be lost. As we have paid certain amount we had forced to continue and spoiled our vacation. Next day we booked from Haritha (AP govt hotel) we found with same price there is hell and heaven differences. So plan your vacation accordingly.

Upon request, they swiftly arrange traditional Araku Valley events, adding a cultural richness to our stay. The food is always delivered promptly, often within minutes, and the quality is consistently excellent. The staff also go above and beyond by providing amenities for BBQs and other activities, ensuring that every aspect of our stay is enjoyable. We’re always left with great memories and look forward to returning!"

We reached this place with no expectations. But believe me our heart is so happy and filled with joy that we chose the perfect place for our holiday destination. Room is so clean and spacious. Service provided is so homely. Fire camp in the evening and large open place green grass added beauty to the stay. Felt so relaxed and happy.

Nice place to enjoy with family. Best thing near to araku railway station. Rooms are also good and spacious. Room service also getting prompt thanks to resort management. Kudos , keep it up. Kids are enjoyed a lot in front of the room open greenary place.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Facilities are very good. Infrastructure is absolutely nice. I recommend you to book in this resorts if any one are planning to go for a araku trip

The cottages are not at all clear, everything was dusty, spiders webs, bed bugs. Pathetic maintenance & service. Towels & bedsheets provided were torn. I suggest please don't spoil your vacation by staying at such a resort.
