The worst room doesn't fool yourself by seeing the photos and the bathroom is a nightmare.In initial discussion he agreed for 2000 and charged 2500 after staying for one night and not geyser in the washroom bugs in bed smelly and dirty bedsheets and there is no lock for bathroom. I found another fact from a local guy is that these rooms were used for quarantine in corona time. Please avoid this and check for other options.

It was centrally located and walkable distance from Coffee & Tribal museum. Easy nearby access to bus (0.5km) and train station(2kms). Friendly & supporting staff. Comfy bed!!...Spacious room with amenities in working condition. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Poor customer service - 3/5 (Not upto the mark) There's only one room boy to handle all other room services. No proper hygiene inside and surroundings of the hotel - 2/5 I've felt rotten egg smell when entered the hotel room - 1/5 Not worth the money - 1/5 Room door won't close properly - 2/5 All over they're not maintaining the worth of the name resort......it's just a small hotel. Rating: 2 / 5

Perfect example of an EXCELLENT resort.... Service was fast and staff is very polite... Yummy food ... A must visit 😀😀🍀🌿🍀🌿 keep it up..
