Google Review: ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointed with my stay at Haritha Araku Valley Resort. The overall hygiene and maintenance are terrible—rooms were unclean, the swimming pool was non-functional, and the entire place felt neglected. Despite an excess of staff, most were idle, making excuses, and shockingly, some were even demanding bribes for basic services. The hospitality was non-existent, and to make things worse, some employees were drunk at night, creating an inhospitable and unsafe environment. This is a government-run institute, and it’s sad to see it in such a miserable state. Urgent action is needed for a major overhaul before it completely loses its credibility. Would not recommend staying here!

Araku Valley, Haritha Valley resort is a hidden gem! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque landscapes. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool and indoor games, ensuring there's something for everyone. children's park and pool are well maintained. The food served is delicious and caters to various tastes. Overall, a perfect getaway for nature lovers seeking tranquility. Highly recommended!

An excellent property. Beautiful location. However,quite unwelcoming and unprofessional service. |The staff even refused to get us an extra blanket upon repeated request. This can be quite difficult in a hill station with the temperature dipping at night in December. Reception does not pick up the phone. No one seems very intersted in ensuring a comfortable stay to the guests.

This is a basic resort that checks all boxes and is available at a comfortable price range near to tribal museum and botanical garden. We booked two rooms, and one was absolutely fine, but the other one's washroom was very smelly. Even after they cleaned it, it was still smelly which was a bad experience. They need to do a quality check for all the rooms and washrooms. The complementary breakfast was not that good.

A rare combination of pathetic management and great location. The property is located at the best viewable location in Arakku Valley. But as you enter the compound, you will find the building is in terrible shape. If you get a room on upper stories, you may have a better view from there, but remember to walk 30/40 steps up and down everytime you want to come to lounge or restaurant or going out. And you do have to come down often as there is no room service available from the restaurant. Rooms are not at all well maintained. Pillow covers are stained. And less said about the toilet seats is better. |Breakfast is complimentary for two in the room. You will have to collect breakfast coupons from reception and go to restaurant for a paltry "complimentary" breakfast. Reception and Restaurant have no coordination between them.|Never think of any intercom service here. If you want to connect with reception/restaurant, you will have use tour cell phone.|The only silver lining is, as mentioned earlier, the location and the view.

Rooms are well mainted, but very poor service, on first day they delivered the food to room, but on second day I carried the food all the way from dining area to room reason is no service boy today. For this service i paid 2500/- per day? There are no batteries in the tv remote after calling couple of times they sent the batteries at night 8’o’clock. In food we dont have many options except fried rice, chicken curry and white rice

Looks good in photos but really poorly maintained. Badminton court has grass overgrown, swimming pool doesn't have enough water and not sure if it's cleaned!

Large property in a good location but very under occupied and poor service, food, illumination. The suits away from the lone canteen should be provided with electric kettle for tea and intercom to connect reception etc.
