This place was below average guys.... We booked this place for 3 nights...but owner and staff made us leave this place on 2nd day itself.. Firstly when one goes out on holidays it's for fun,but owner made us puppets of big boss house and said "I m seeing through camera you guys are using crockery....nd worst to that the pathetic staff there were not at ol interested to show some hospitality.they were continuously calling there big boss nd behaving like spy machines...my overall experience was really very bad ..even the owner shouted at us...on last day... One should not go for hotel business if he only wants to make profit without even entertaing guest... It's a big no Only waste of money

Except the location nothing about this cottages was nice. We had booked 2 rooms and stayed here for 2 nights. Overall it was extremly poor service. When we raised our concerns with them they arrogantly just mentioned that it is not his responsibility but of StayPattern. The receptionist was very rude and also said why did you stay for two nights and not changed the hotel after the first night itself This was not at expected. The charges we incurred for this booking were at pretty high end. With that being said, the service and facility was not at all worth it. Here is the list of issues that we faced: 1. The Water Geyser was not functional 2. AC was not working 3. Wifi was not working 4. TV cable not available since it did not have recharge.

Visited this property with a family of 15 members booked it for 2 days but check out after day 1, worst property and illiterate and unprofessional staff with unpleasant behavior. No ration in the kitchen ordered 10 plate maggi they only had 5 maggis in stock. No cold drink available at the property. Small rooms with worst amenities they are making customers fools by showing fake positive reviews and photographs. 3 local uneducated villagers are appointed as manager, chef and help who were least interested in listening or to do their job. Paid rs 650/-for using badminton. Not at all advisable, wastage of time and money. Fraud property.

In the beginning, we were also doubtful after reading the reviews and to see the entry of the property by Tempo traveller. Property is just next to the flowing river which is the best point to stay in that property. Yes this is 5 km before the Pahalgam main city and mall road but that is not a problem if you have a car or taxi with you. Infact you can keep yourself away from the crowd and pollution. Staff is very hospitable and ready to help. Mr. Mohammad Rafi and his team is very helpful and trying to make your stay memorable. Yes this is a small cottage property, please do not expect the services like 4/5 star hotel. Food was very tasty in our two nights stay. It is a six room property and being taken care by 3-4 persons and they are doing the best. You can enjoy more at this property if you are coming in a group.

Genuine Review - Fantastic Location, Fantastic room, Good View towards the river. Food was really homely, Tasty and nice. Overall was a wonderful experience for us. Just 1 drawback - A room at the ground floor has no windows and is the smallest, so might be claustrophobic for most of us..

We stayed at this property on 30-05-2024 .we were 9 pax and each one of us just hated the experience of staying at the property .only the location was good .rest everything was below.par . Starting with welcome drink that was served 2 hours after check in .ordered Maggie that was again served after 1 hour and reason given that we ordered it at wrong time as it was time for dinner preparation..there was no active internet connection and no dish tv connected . When asked for hot water .they straight forward denied us and said that they are busy serving other guests . Pls think before you book this property.

I recently had the most incredible stay at The Riverfront Luxury Cottages. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel right in front of the river. This place is an absolute scam. They show you gorgeous pictures and when you reach they ask you to stay in a room inside a servant quarter. How can my room be accross a community kitchen, which services 4 villas? Why do I have to bear the sound and noise of a full kitchen during my holiday. When i requested for a refund…they say we cannot issue last minute refunds. You think I am interested in looking for a property last minute on a well planned holiday? And then they say this is not a servant quarter. Let me show you pictures.
