Advaya Luxury Resort

The resort is absolutely beautiful — peaceful surroundings, well-kept property, and lovely rooms. The staff were amazing, super helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Food was pretty good as well. However, there was a significant issue with water availability in the mornings, which made things a bit difficult to manage. (The only reason why I am giving this place 3 ⭐️) It’s something I really hope the management looks into. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I’d love to come back once that issue is resolved!

Very pleasant to stay here Recommend for families and friends. We visited with family Food was very tasty and authentic. In reception Ms. Sathya gave a warm welcome. She was very helpful. Lakshmi and people in dining hall was always helpful…. Lovely stay recommend for day stay…

The resort itself was beautiful, surrounded by greenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The on-site staff were warm, welcoming, and made our stay comfortable. However, our experience with customer support prior to the vacation was quite disappointing. We faced significant delays and miscommunication while trying to get a simple rescheduling request resolved. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were given vague assurances without any concrete action, and the issue remained unresolved until we finally chose to drop

I had high expectations from Advaya Luxury Resort, but unfortunately, the experience was far from luxurious. The biggest issue was the extremely slow food service. Even for something as simple as a roti and omelette, we had to wait for over an hour. When you're at a resort, you expect efficiency, not frustration at every meal. Adding to the disappointment, room service was non-existent. Despite multiple requests, our room was never cleaned. Basic housekeeping is a must in any hotel, let alone one that calls itself a luxury resort. If you value good service, timely food, and cleanliness, this is definitely not the place to be. This was our first and last visit, and we will ensure our friends and family are aware of the reality behind the "luxury" label. There are far better resorts that truly understand hospitality—this is not one of them.

Amazing experience. Food is too good . Staffs are really kind and welcoming. There are pretty adventurous indoor and outdoor activities which kinda let u stay in the resort to entertain u for whole day. Would suggest friends and also families. Must visit ❤️ and thanks to Rahul and Kamal good to go 💕

The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The staff was very courteous and were always there when needed, the food was good and great value for money. Location of our room was absolutely perfect. Resort is perfectly well placed The food taste was up to the mark. We had a perfect stay at the place right from the word go. The hospitality was super amazing Thanks.

Amazing property with easy connectivity to Hassan-Mangalore highway surrounded by greenish nature , coffee estates . Had great time with family , kids enjoyed their vacation to the fullest through many activities, swimming, rope and indoor games. Excellent restaurant, tasty and fresh food . Rooms are very clean and refreshive to stay in house too. Thanks to people who took care selflessly.

Had a wonderful expression here in Advaya Resort. Food service are top notch. We were 3 members stayed in Club premium Rooms. Enjoyed every activities their Swimming pool was so good. Expecting zip line and sky cycling will be ready soon. Thank you Advaya Resort team for a wonderful experience. Tnx to rahul and kamal for good service
