Sky View Club has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences. They lure you in with a “free pass” through a lucky dip contest, claiming prizes like a silver coin, a one-day outing, or a three-day stay at a tourist destination. However, the reality is far from their promises. After notifying you, they call repeatedly, pressuring you to visit their office with your partner. Once you arrive, instead of addressing the prize, you’re subjected to an aggressive sales pitch for expensive resort memberships that lasts over an hour. After the pitch, they hand you the free pass but tell you to follow up in 15 days. When you try contacting them later, they completely ignore your calls. Attempts to visit the office are no better. They delay and ask you to come back the next month, offering vague excuses. The receptionist is rude and dismissive, showing no regard for your time. They never make any effort to honor their commitment to the free pass. What’s even more troubling is that after failing to deliver on a simple free pass, they continue to push memberships. If they can’t be trusted with a free offer, it’s hard to imagine how they treat paying customers. This whole process feels like a scam, designed to waste your time and promote expensive memberships. Their customer support is non-existent, and their tactics are frustratingly deceptive. I strongly advise staying away from Sky View Club. If they can’t honor a free pass, don’t trust them with your money. My rating: zero stars.

Dear Customer Support Team, Thanks for your prompt reply. Few months back we had visited Gravity Club Resort Office. By that time Company Board name was changed to Sky View Resort. When we enquired about this with Office staff it was told that both Gravity Club Resort and Sky View Resort are same and also told that Gravity Club Resort Name will be closed and in future ransactions will be carried on with Sky View Resort name and also informed us that locaion is shifting to new premises in the same area. Request your good self to check for the Membership No. GCR00173. Further detailed information and previous communications are shared at your email ID provided by you. Anticipating favourable action from your good office. Dear Gravity Club/Sky View Resort Team, We are registered member with you. We are facing issues to book resorts since two years. After making payment of Rs.64000/- and as a registered member we have not got support/service from your side. We have communicated in many ways regarding this but in vain. Request the good officer to kindly do the needful.

Skyviewclubresorts is best Membership which I have bought. Wonderful services from staff. I have been to coorg recently stayed through skyviewclubresort it's been memorable time which I have spent with my family. I would recommend to buy membership and enjoy ur Holidays.

I got a call from skyviewclubresort company about gift voucher I had visited office to collect the voucher they have explained the holiday package offer . I would recommend that skyviewclubresort is best membership i have purchased. Good staff with all support we want. Have been to Manali after taking membership excellent service and supportive staff.thank u skyviewclubresort for making my holiday memorable.

Constantly spamming me by calling 2 times a day. Rude customer service, they dont understand, when i tell them not to call me.

I would suggest to signup with skyviewclub resorts. Good staff enjoyed a lot in Kodaikanal stayed through skyviewclubresort.
