The place is not at all well maintained. The rooms are dirty. The beds , pillows and other related items are all dirty. Bathrooms have doors with no locks . The pool looks good from the outside but is infested with algae so be careful before jumping into the pool. The entrance of the place is muddy , it is so bad that your two wheelers can skid and fall. Overall :- Go to this place if you are tight with budget but rest assured you won't enjoy anything while you are there Edit 1 :- The place has been taken over by a new management and they have made many changes and the place has improved a lot. The place is now clean and well maintained. The rooms are tidy. The pool also has been maintained well now. The service is very good. Food was reasonably good. Food options can be improved though. Water shortage issue was seen in this place and that could be looked into.

We booked this place for new year, food was too salty and lunch time was 3.30 and dinner served at midnight 12. They did not serve all the dishes which were promised earlier. Kitchen was very dirty and unhygienic. Mushroom manchuri tasted weird. Tea was like drinking a brown color water. Staff were very rude and impulsive. There was a band organized who only sung old kannada songs and devotional songs. Not at all recommend and they looted money and did not do the justice. And the owner collected all money prior, half as advance and other half when we arrived.

Please dont fall for negative reviews. Visited this resort this weekend...the manager is not at all rude like how many have mentioned in reviews...the staff is very friendly.. This is actually very challenging price for the stay and worth.. You can get food and beverages from outside play music.. Best place to have fun with gang. Visit once and you will definitely plan for it again.

Very rude behaviour from staff. Unsafe for girls. The attitude of the staff towards girls weren't proper and they tried entering room . Very bad experience . We didn't file a case since we are not from the place and didn't had the time. If the purpose of your trip is to enjoy never choose this place for your own good.

The villa which is in the starting is really good for 4-6 people only, not more. The pool was good, food was not up to the mark for a so called 3 star resort , and there are many rules and regulations which disappoints the customers like non veg not allowed in the villa. the service is very late , they don't keep up timings and information is half and not at all confirmed. If you are running a resort please try to maintain and keep customers happy and please share us the full information so that we can decide and change the plan instead of forcing ourselves to adjust. Thank you

This is the most messy, unhygienic and dirty place I have ever been to. The staff is impolite and I had to run behind them to get basic amenities like water or chair. We were a group of 12 people and were asked to stay in one room. There were lot of bed bugs and insects inside the room. The swimming pool was full of vomit. The washrooms don't have latches and the staff apparently asked us to play music inside the washroom to indicate it's being used. Stale food was served at 10pm and the breakfast was served at 10am which was not hot. There were frogs inside the swimming pool. Please avoid this place for all reasons - over priced for a filthy place.

This is the worst resort i have ever seen. Bad management- especially the manager and guards. Forget about professionalism, you are lucky if they are not gonna beat you. No power back up- sit back in the darkness and enjoy!!! No proper roads from the main road to the resort- it's a dirt track. I'd never recommend anyone to go to this place if you are planning for a break. If you still decide to take me on- try this out once.
