Goldfinch Retreat

We recently hosted a two-day wedding event at Goldfinch Retreat, and it was an exceptional experience. The venue, rooms, and food quality exceeded our expectations. The location is great (very close to airport), making it easy for guests to arrive. Ideal number of rooms (~35, with some extra rooms outside the main hotel) to house everyone on venue during the wedding. It is a peaceful area, far away enough from main city areas for it to feel isolated. The food (both North Indian and South Indian) was also great. Mr. Mathew, Ms. Sushmitha (main point of contact) and other staff ensured everything ran smoothly and were cooperative for all requests. I highly recommend Goldfinch Retreat to anyone looking to host a wedding or any special events.

There are a power trip during our stay 3 times. The door key became unworkable after that. Took a while for the staff to resolve. Probably isolated case for my stay. Overall , the staff are very accommodating, courteous and helpful with our requests. The Pool table was the highlight. We played more than 2 hours without any interruption. The massage at the Spa was soothing and relaxing. Nice , clean room with professional therapist.

The resort is peaceful, lush green surrounding, ample space for parking and activities. There are many indoor and outdoor activities one can enjoy 😊. Like cycling, swimming, badminton, volleyball, basketball, carrom. Most of them are free but there are other chargeable activities. Food is tasty and delicious 😋. Rooms are comfortable. Service is little slow needs little improvement. Rest everything is fine. Staff is courteous and helpful.

We had Day out with our team to the properties and it was amazing experiance...Food was excellent... specially staff approch....Mr. Satheesh & Kevin really helped us in issues what we faced their..it's really wonderful place to spend a Day

The chef is good. Good food served. This is what you need after a good room and a good room service. The only drawback was due to a lot of sound/noise coming from the kitchen in the dead of night.

An excellent hotel near Bangalore airport with nice ambience and modern facilities. The hotel has compact and neat rooms, gymnasium, swimming pool, outdoor recreational facilities (at additional cost). Food is excellent. Complementary breakfast has traditional and continental dishes. I enjoyed my stay.

Pathetic service and experience. We had a wedding organized at this property but the overall experience has been horrible. The GM Saju is the least cooperative and most arrogant person you would come across in the hospitality industry. Despite regular follow-ups on room service, house keeping, food quality and timing, the staff was least responsive and took hours and days to turn up. When complained about the issues, Saju never acknowledged the problem and just gives a call to his staff reprimandinng them to his office. But unfortunately, no one turns up. He has absolutely no clue of any issues and problems in this property. The same arrogant and negligent behavior has percolated in the entire hierarchy and all staff. They promised to serve Jain food for a few guests, but there was no arrangement. When asked for milk/fruits to have something to feed Jain people, I was charged separately for the milk and fruits. Worst experience ever! Save yourself the trouble and avoid organizing any event at this place, if you wish to enjoy and avoid bad and nasty experiences.

With a refreshing swimming pool and a diverse multi-cuisine restaurant, it’s an ideal spot to spend quality time with friends, family, or even for corporate retreats. The surrounding area is serene and blissfully quiet, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Bengaluru. Highly recommended for anyone in search of a tranquil escape!
