Lake views Resort

Had an amazing experience on our anniversary. Had been here for a dayout and the caretaker, restaurant people, adventure sports guy extremely respectful and polite staff. We enjoyed a simple yet blissful day. Started with welcome drink, then we did zipline. You can do it twice or thrice if you nicely request the staff (for free), there is rock climbing, archery equipment with all the safety gears available. They also have a badminton setup in the garden with net, shuttle and rackets. That's about outdoor games. Indoor games they have Carrom, chess, Table tennis. Everything is well maintained and clean. You just need to ask the what you need like the equipments and accessories. We enjoyed playing all the 3 indoor and 3 outdoor games. There is a small staircase opposite of the pool to view the lake among lush green trees. The pool is big, 4.5 feet deep and kids pool is about 2 to 2.5 feet. We also asked for Mist dance with DJ. They arranged it all with speaker, songs and lighting. The food quantity was more than enough per head. You can always ask for extra pulkas, desserts or any item if needed. The resturant staff were extremely nice and hospitality. We had a nice chit chat with them after our hi tea. Well spoken nice people overall. We even got a 33% discount on our bill from Upto75 website. You can show their email after registration and they will add the discount to your bill before the payment. It was a full Paisa wasool experience for a day out. Their rooms also looked spacious and clean with AC and good washrooms. Would definitely love to visit again with friends and family. They are really warm and hospitable staff if you behave well and be kind to the staff. Such an amazing experience in electronic City. The actual name is something different. It's a little deep inside in an off road location. Follow the Google maps and you will find it 200 to 300 meters before the actual map location. The board says something like Lako Palms or something like that. Be nice and respectful to the staff and politely ask for the game equipments and accessories you need. Everything will be given and taken care. We went on a day when they were no bookings. There were hardly 6 or 7 guests. They made customised veg and non veg meals for us and served us with hot food. A totally worth it spot for day out with partner, friends or family.

Excellent service and rooms are very neat nd clean. Need to appreciate the service of rooms getting the food on time and the food is excellent. Suggesting for many bachelor’s to come and enjoy the weekend.

It was a great enjoyment for me and my family. The resort is a nature touch and the staff was so friendly and service was great. Food is delicious and home feeling.. Must visit the property. We spend more time in swimming pool and lawn area and engaged in many activities. I would more recommend this property.

Simply giving review like this happened I am telling to all people when I gone to lake views u can't believe one of the best place in bangalore fully greenery place I will suggest all people go take service there u ll fill where I came nice place staff r very helpful

The WORST accommodation , food and service we had ever. ||A big NO NO if you want a relaxed stay. |We booked a room and tent stays for a family outing. We were team of kids aged from 3 years to senior citizens aged 87. ||The first impression itself was very disappointing at the reception. The staff was very rude especially Mr Aleem . He didn’t even had a courtesy to wish and ask details.||Bed linens in the room were clean , dnt expect any towels or basic amenities in wash room.||they will give you single tent for 2 occupants and double tent for 3 occupants. ||Lunch they serve after 2:15 and dinner time is after 9:30 where as in the brouchure the timings are mentioned at 1 pm and 8 pm. They dnt consider small guest group exists in resort if there are large corporate groups . Food , activity and everything is adjusted to big teams timing. ||When we ask why the dinner is served so late kids and elderly people are there , they feel offended and response in a defensive.||Never choose tent stay. They dnt know how to make tent stay comfortable for guests . No bed , no pillow , no blanket. And for rent stay the bathrooms given is the changing and bathrooms near swimming pool . Please see the photos attached for the pathetic condition .||Had to ask them to clean the bathroom so that we can use it . Flush was not working as well. |And now you go to indoor games hall . Lights were blinking and none of the lights were working proper.||And night during the tent stay stray dogs come near the tent area as the dinner wastes are not removed and morning it gives you great visual with food waste everywhere.||And for all these they charge 1800 per head per night. ||The WORST experience we had ever .||Stay way from this group lago palm resort / lake view resort.
