Resort is beautiful no doubt.but lack of hygenie in washrooms,linens.no soap no handwash provided,refrigerator is fr name sake,no cleanliness in room as per price charged.good for family gathering n couples,peaceful locality,beautiful view.can be much better

Needs lack of maintenance in the resort rooms are okay no ac working no door locks working no hygiene at all all used glasses n plates provided Try to work in swimming pool area all the staircase are full of rust and fungus try to maintain

Never ever visit this place. Wasted 10k Swimming pool is so dirty , checked-in at 1pm and nothing is working Spoke to the management and there is no point Place looks like abandoned

Good place to visit. I visited here for a party by the pool and it was great. Their hospitality was nice but there were a few drawbacks. Their atmosphere, location and interiors are very beautiful.

This place is a very unique place located at Marathalli amazing staff, very generous. Very courteous employees, right from the kitchen to the reception area to check them out. Highly recommended.

Loved the concept but the service and staff are terrible. Pool was not cleaned. No hot water in the room for all 2 days that we stayed. Room service forgets our orders and a simple water bottle takes an hour to come. They also fail to inform you that you need to hand over the key at reception when you're stepping out. The manager assumes he can demand first and then give explanation later. Poor management. They don't even have a feedback form or experience form to share feedback. I really want to go again provided they improve. There is so much room to improve. I wish they take this feedback as positive criticism.

Booked this place for my anniversary. Initially the reviews and photos made me a little skeptical, but eventually I was pleasantly surprised with the kind of experience I had with Ezone Lagoon resort. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. In fact, the premium room is pretty swanky and it comes with a massive washroom which is clean, spacious and fitted with the most modern bathware. The plus point of this place is that every room has its own private pool entry area and a massive balcony where you can sit and chill with your near and dear ones. The resort is located in the heart of the city and one can easily reach here without any hassle whatsoever. Food and drinks are quite costly here but the advantage is that the resort authorities allow you to order food from outside. Also I would be more happy if there was a small activity area within the property for kids. Besides enjoying the comfort of the luxury rooms and the attached swimming pool, there's pretty much nothing else to do here.
