The Serai Chikmagalur

One of the best resorts near bangalore. Serene, luxurious, top notch quality & hygiene. The villas are simply awesome. Visited with full family and stayed at their biggest villa called the residence. It had a pool, jacuzzi, bath tub, dining room, living room, 2 beautifully designed huge rooms and spacious bathrooms. |What makes Serai special is not just the luxurious stay but also the passionate and lovely people that work there.|Mr Gagan, Mr Pradeep, Mr Wilfred all ensured our stay and food were perfect. Cannot recollect some more names but all the people there were amazingly hospitable. They truly made our time there memorable. Miss Suma at the play area ensured my kid had a lot of fun. She taught her some lovely craft and engaged her in fun games. Me and my husband could spend time playing snooker while she engaged our kid in all fun activities in a safe space. Very sweet lady with a sweet smile and completely trustworthy. Great place & lovely staff. Would highly recommend to all.

We had amazing time in Serai. The food was excellent. Plantation tour was very informative. Kids play area is a good concept as we could leave our kids with Ms Suma who was very cooperative and friendly with kids. She even extended her working hours to be with our kids. |Overall value for money

The resort owned by the Coffee Day Co. was wonderful. The service, staff were excellent. Special mention to Ms. Suma who took care of our son while we were out exploring. Keeping the kids engaged during holidays requires great patience and effort.||The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Our stay at The Serai was nothing short of exceptional! A special thanks to Suma, who was so caring and attentive with my child in the kids' area, making it a joyful experience for the little one. While we have issues with the food service at the resort the other facilities were quiet good. Food serv5was at ita slowest and messiest. |They have a Good caretaker for kids at the kids play area. She takes care of kids if parents need to step away for a while. Overall good experience other than the food.

The stay was remarkable and much recommended. Especially Food is top notch special thanks to chef. Anil kumar and team. Best place to stay. Private pool villa is the best one. We had a memorable stay for sure we will be visiting again. Thank you team

The villa and the jacuzzi were very clean and well maintained. The food was good, they provided us a complimentary cake for our kid's birthday :). The staff are cordial. Overall the experience was excellent. Cons - -It's not far from the city. -There was some confusion regarding the extra bedding for kid being charged @ 3.5k. Ofcourse they didn't charge us eventually. But that's the basic amenity you provide for 25k per day.

It's a proper luxury stay without a doubt. It's a serene and calm place & not to mention It's a scenic beauty in it self. The staff is very well trained and helpfull. Chef is very kind and engaging with the guests. Whatever you pay for, every penny is a worth spending.Looking forward to visit the place again soon...😀
