NillWe were a group of seven who made a reservation through MakeMyTrip. After booking, we even confirmed the room availability over a phone call. However, upon arrival, the manager refused to provide us with the rooms we had booked. He gave us a completely unreasonable excuse, claiming that someone else with the same name had already checked in using our reservation. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they handed us two separate rooms located in different spots, with poor service and absolutely no power backup. It's unacceptable for a resort to rent out rooms that don’t have basic facilities like electricity—especially when there were power outages lasting 3 to 4 hours. If that’s the kind of experience we wanted, we could’ve just stayed home. Why should anyone pay for a room that doesn’t meet even minimum standards? When we raised our concerns, the manager responded rudely , saying we hadn’t booked directly with them and should take it up with our booking partner.If we aren’t interested about their stay, we could find something else. With the pouring rains and hours spent uselessly we had no choice other than taking it up.If this is how customers are treated, it's hard to justify choosing such a place. We strongly advise against booking here—the staff is unprofessional, the service is poor, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.🙏🏻

NillHad a really great stay! The management was amazing—super chill and no micromanagement at all. The property is really spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Loved the pool—it was super clean. The food had a good variety and tasted nice too. Overall, everything about the stay was really nice . Definitely a great place to unwind and relax.

NillThis resort offers a lot — from courteous staff to well-kept spaces and thoughtful amenities. While my personal circumstances didn’t allow me to fully enjoy the experience as intended, I can still acknowledge the effort and attention that went into creating a welcoming environment. My rating reflects more of my own timing than the resort’s shortcomings. For others, this place might just be exactly what you're looking for.

NillWe are currently staying in this resort There are several issues in all aspects of the resort. 1) The bathrooms smell really disgusting. 2) Next is the electricity.... Inverter facility is given only to limited rooms. 3) About the food, the varieties are very less (it's just idly, a rice, fruits and bread) not worthy for the pay. 4) They aren't cleaning the rooms regularly. 5) Wifi connection is very poor. 6) The resort lights are turned off early in the evenings and it turns off our enthusiasm as well. 7) Sometimes there is no water in the bathrooms..... Definitely no supply of hot water at all. I was expecting to have a fun filled college break but turned out that I didn't want to even come out of my room as everything turned my mood off. On the whole there's a lot of room for improvement.

NillWe group of 7 members booked a dorm a week advance via MakeMyTrip. We even called to the resort ,two days before arrival to reconfirm about the booking. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were informed that the dormitory we had selected was unavailable. Instead, we were asked to take a two separate rooms located far apart within the property — something we had never asked. Resort manager simply informed us to take two separate rooms and went. It was raining heavily when we arrived, we left with no option to take two separate rooms Even waiting for an hour those two rooms were not ready to occupy saying they were cleaning. He was just communicating over the phone, ultimately brushing off the situation by saying, “Since you booked through MMT, take it up with them or cancel the booking after two hours of check in time". That too there was often power off and no hot water. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.
